Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky- - - - - - - - - - - - are like shooting stars There were halo's around the sun. Deep colored angellic looking halo's... the only way that Ivory could look at them was through her camera, and she thought herself that she was a great photo taker. That was her minor class, photography. Her major was Vet Tech. She loved animals, and she wanted to help them.
The water looked deep sea green. It had a bit of algae floating on the top of it, but Iv thought it only added to the beauty of it. She was walking along the beach, into a beautiful spot that most people didn't like to walk. It was close to the far left of the beach, where driftwood layered the beach in a wooden platform-like way. Iv felt as though she could stay here for a year and not have taken in everything that she saw. It was all so beautiful, it was all so alive.
The birds chirped as her camera flashed and recorded some more pictures onto it's memory card. She was completely entranced by her pictures, and how they spoke to her especially. It was almost as though those pictures spoke her mind, in a way she couldn't express herself. It was romantic, in the old sense, not the new slang sense. She continued snapping pictures, trying to get them to speak in the way that she couldn't ever speak. She was trying to get them to make sense to everyone, including herself.

Young Brittany Hale’s world felt like it had been tipped on its nose and everything was shaken around. She had spent the last year with a whole lot of feelings that she couldn’t even begin to sort through, but after the night of Jared and Miranda Trent’s wedding, she had really started to evaluate things, and she really didn’t like where she was ending up with them. She had done a lot of really bad things over this past year. She had hurt a lot of people. Most of all, though, she had hurt herself. She had been a part of a lot of things that she was in no way proud of. She thought that the only thing she could possibly be somewhat happy about was her friendship with Kaler Scott, which had grown stronger with Kade Trent’s absence. But now Kade was back and this whole mess just seemed to get messier the longer they went on. For months all the two of them did was argue and fight and were barely prevented from killing each other. Now… Britt had no idea at all where they stood. She didn’t really know if she knew how to act around him. They had went from the best of friends to the couple everyone envied to arguing every time they saw each other. And now they were just… she didn’t even know. Britt had mended things with Hunter and Jared and Miranda. Those were the three people who desperately needed an apology from her, and they had gone much better than she had thought they would. Of course, Britt had expected the absolute worst when dealing with those people, but that was beside the point. With those things fixed, and Miss Hale doing some serious reevaluating, she just didn’t know what to do anymore.
So Britt had come down the to beach, her wanting to clear her head a bit and thinking this was the best thing for that. She took her canine best friend with her, too. She knew that Levi, her golden retriever, had been feeling neglected lately, because Britt had really not been herself, but she was going to work on making up for that. Levi loved the beach. He loved running along the sand and chasing the birds and playing in the waves, and she knew that it would be a day that he would truly love. So the two of them had packed themselves up and headed in the direction. Levi jumped out of the car as soon as she opened the door and he took off running. She called him back, and he jumped around her feet, urging her to come on because he was anxious to see the beach. The area was quite deserted, but considering it was still rather cold, it was no surprise that this was the case. There was another girl around, though, and the minute Levi saw her he took off. The boy was a rather social creature, and no amount of calling this time could call him back. Britt laughed and shook her head at the canine, his excitement was insane, but it was good to see and so she couldn’t really scold him for what he did. She walked in the direction of the girl, calling his name until he finally ran back to her. She scratched his ears and closed the distance between herself and the girl. “Hey, I’m sorry about that. He’s very excitable and hasn’t gotten out much lately.” Britt offered her a smile and was surprised by how little effort it took for her to force one. “I hope he didn’t cause you any trouble.” She scratched the golden retriever behind the ears and he let off an excited bark before he took off, running in the direction of the water. Britt just shook her head.
