annie rivers was born to a pair of extremely wealthy parents, the middle child of four. she has two older sisters and two younger brothers who she is very protective over and would do anything for. however, her parents, not so much. she doesn't exactly get along with them, they always wanted the perfect, sweet little child, and annie was always far from that. her mother is an alcoholic, and annie can't stand her for it; which is another reason why she has always acted out so much. she's a bit of a tomboy, she speaks her mind, she fights, and honestly she really just doesn't care about what you think of her. she's sarcastic and slightly ungrateful and very forgetful. though she can be very, very sweet, and she is, most of the time, annie also has a short temper and she isn't afraid to fight someone on something, verbally or physically. something that annie is not so big on is love; she doesn't understand it, she's never experienced it other than familial or friendship love, she doesn't understand why people would actually let themselves fall in love because from all the movies she has watched it just never really seemed worth it. she's had boyfriends before and she always backed out of the relationship before things got out of hand; and yes, she's a virgin; and yes, she's planning on keeping it that way. but i'm pretty much open to almost anything :D <3

WHAT A RAINY ENDING GIVEN TO A PERFECT DAY -

piper munroe-sinclair married her husband when she was eighteen, and lost him only about a year ago when their house caught on fire and he was trapped inside. this was just before their baby, jasmine rachael, was born. piper puts on a brave face, but honestly she's just a sad, sweet little girl who wishes that everything could be like it used to be. she moved to arietta right after his death, trying to get away from the memory. pip is very outgoing and talkative and she would never do anything to intentionally hurt anyone's feelings, she's incredibly hard to get angry, but she always stands up for herself. but, she's far from perfect; she is very easily jealous and insecure, she's indecisive, and she can be horrible if you ever manage to anger her. piper is very easily amused and she's usually got a great sense of humor, unless you catch her on a bad day of course. lately, she's been hiding out from love, she doesn't want to put herself through losing someone again. she actually has only been on about three dates since her husband's death.

xavier is a nineteen year old college student, and probably one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet. sure, he's a little awkward and shy and he stumbles over his words and it's hard for him to explain what he is really trying to say, but he almost always means well. words come to him a lot easier for him when he's writing his music. he's even majoring in music. he is an amazing singer and he plays piano beautifully, but he also plays a little drums and guitar as well. xav doesn't have much of a history, he was born and raised in texas and moved to maine because he got a scholarship to the college here. as well as being a sweetie pie, he's insecure and he lets everyone walk all over him. he just wants everyone to be happy, is all. he's far too trusting for his own good, he believes nearly anything people tell him and he's really quite gullible. he's usually a very easygoing guy, but if someone ever hurts his friends he isn't the kind to let it go, he's very passionate and overprotective of those he cares about.

ororo "rory" sierra adamson's real name is sierra marcia johnson. however, when she and her brother witnessed a high end crime that their father was involved in, she and her brother and the rest of their family was placed in the witness protection program. however, rory went blind not long after from glaucoma. she was seventeen then, and she's eighteen now, it's been one year but she's pretty much used to not being able to see anymore. she tries to take it as lightheartedly as she possibly can, she doesn't like to worry about anything even though her brother is annoyingly overprotective over her. she has found that being blind gets her everything she wants and takes advantage of that, so she's a tad bit spoiled rotten, but other than that she can be very sweet when she wants to be though she is rarely genuine because she's afraid of letting it slip that she's in the witness protection program because it's happened before and she doesn't want to have to move again.

elliot & annie: obviously these two need to be friends! it's only natural to lump the pll girls together hahah. but anyway, these two would have a very interesting relationship, i think. in many ways, she and annie are a lot alike. ellie is a tomboy in the sense that she would rather spend her time drinking beer and watching sports than doing her hair and shopping for new clothes, and her sarcasm gets her in more trouble than anyone could possibly believe. but el seems to be a lot more wild than annie is, and once she has liquor in her system, it's next to impossible to direct her attention away from sex. i can see her teasing annie for being a virgin (lovingly, of course) and attempting to coerce her to live a little and be 'bad' for a day, or whatever. haha, i don't know, i just feel like these two would have a ridiculously interesting dynamic.

sophie & annie: now, either these two would get along really well, or they would completely dislike one another. sophie's a total sweetheart when she wants to be, but she can also be the biggest bitch in the world if you rub her the wrong way. she, too, comes from a very wealthy family so they have that in common. i don't know what to do with these two, really. i just thought they should know each other in some way lol.

vidette & annie: personally, i think viddy and annie would get along really well. they're the same age and such, and they have relatively similar personalities, so yeah. friends? (:

stella/vidette & piper: vampire diaries, ftw! despite being twins, stella and vidette are extremely different, and i think that piper would get along better with stella, honestly. she's more soft spoken and less feisty, and she tends to fly under the radar and become "forgotten" because her sisters have such bold, outgoing personalities and she just...doesn't. she's as sweet as can be, though, so i imagine that she and piper would have a very cute kind of friendship. not the closest duo in the world, but they know they always have each others backs, sort of thing.

so yeah, that's all i've got. add/change/delete whatever you wish! i have a few other characters, too.

evie and annie ironically i think that they would be friends. because she doesn't put up with anyone's shit. annie seems like someone that would be able to put up with evie and her insanity to an extent. their views on love are very similar, except evie will do crazy things when it comes to a certain guy. she is also the middle triplet and has some issues with it.

shayne and annie i think that these two would be friends, but i don't know anything epic for them. shayne is in her dark and twisty place so she is a bit standoffish about everyone. she doesn't really let people in that aren't already...but if annie were to put up with her crazy then they would be friends. plus they are both college students so i am sure they would have seen each other around campus.

evan and piper now these two would be super duper best friends. evan would want to be able to help piper as much as possible since she is a single mother. evan has a soft spot for women with children since she had a miscarriage in high school with kaler scott. besides annie and stella are close and stellar is evan's bests friend. so naturally piper and evan need to be friends.

evie and piper oh evie. she is my diabolical garland triplet. she has one hell of a wicked temper, so we could go either way with it. maybe evie tried to date piper's late husband back in the day and it brought on a hate that they haven't gotten over. OR they could be really close friends since their personalities are similar.

lilah and piper i don't know why i see it but i think they should be friends. lilah doesn't really have a love life. she thinks that love is completely over rated and doesn't exist. a lot of bullshit, plus she doesn't have many friends. she needs lots of love.

i have brody, hadley, izzy, randi, and zoey too if you have any ideas. and i apologize for how sucky these are! so feel free to add, subtract, delete anything you like! <3

alrighty, lets delve into my armory of characters and see what i got!

AMY AND XAVIER: he seems really sweet, and amy's the type of girl that knows just about everyone. she's outgoing and fun and rather mischievous. so she would have to know him and maybe they could even be friends! i think amy would definitely like him and think he was absolutely adorable.

BRIT AND XAVIER: kiind of the same concept here. britt's really nice and takes a liking to a lot of people. she's just kind of getting out of her dark phase, but i could definitely see her liking him. so maybe a new sort of friendship?

AMY AND PIPER: i'm not totally sure if there's anything that could be here, but i see she lost her husband in a house fire. amy's entire family (mom, dad, two older brothers, and older sister) were killed in a house fire when she was eight, so they have that much in common.

ALANA AND PIPER: alana's a single mama, so that's a commonality for them that maybe they could strike up some kind of friendship?

ASH AND ANNIE: i can actually see ash being kind of resentful about the fact that she's often ungrateful for what she has. because ash has had nothing in her life. so seeing someone who takes it all for granted would really rub her the wrong way.

ash and annie / the thing is that annie doesn't even realize how ungrateful she is, she just doesn't think about it, and if she were to notice how ash was so resentful of her, she would probably start looking at her life in an entirely different way because of it, little things like that tend to really upset her.

evie and piper evie didn't move back til just a few months ago. she moved around a lot between the four years she was away from arietta so it is possible that she would have macked on her late husband.
