It's that time again! Except this time around, we're doing things a bit differently. We're letting you all pick the OTM nominees to level the playing field a bit more, and allow the members a better chance at getting a spotlight! So here's the deal:

You're going to send your nominees in a private message to my admin account in order to keep things as anonymous as possible (use the code below, please!) Then, on February 23rd all of your nominations will be put to seperate polls for each category for you to vote on. Voting will close on the 2nd of March.

Please send in your nominations as soon as possible! If you feel absolutely torn between two people for a specific category, feel free to put both people down. (For example: If you think Jane Doe should win for female of the month, but you also think Jenny Doe should win, you are allowed to nominate both). But please keep this to a minimum. We don't want 15 nominees in each category! If you can't think of anyone to nominate in a specific category, feel free to leave it blank. But we strongly advise that you keep this to a minimum as well!
