Meet alec james finnley, a twenty-two year old college student and previously one of new york’s finest. New york indeed. The very place alec was born, reared and abandoned. Living behind, possibly the biggest façade in all of New york city. With parents like his, too self sufficient and caught up with their big fancy houses, show off cars and multi-million dollar companies, who could blame him for running off? They posed as the perfect family when in reality, behind closed doors, arguments, infidelity, domestic violence and alcoholism all broke out under one roof. There is only so much a guy can take. So like any sane person, he packed his bags and left, soon finding himself standing in the terminal of Arietta airport. That was just perfect for him. And even though he had very little money in his pockets, it wasn’t difficult to see that life was going to get a lot more easier. Alec soon purchased a little apartment near the local college, applied himself for a course in ‘Health diagnosis and Treatment’ something that is a required stepping stone to becoming a surgeon. It’s been six years since Alec arrived to Arietta and relishes in this quiet life compared to the city that never sleeps. I’m assuming in the six years he’s spent here, he’s bound to have some friends, he’s a playful chap, enjoys anyone’s company and truly is a fairly charismatic person. Not to mention, anything that involves alcohol, women and late nights, he in. You can take the boy out of New York, but you can’t take New York out of the boy, eh? For these reasons he could have also earned a few enemies here and there, especially since he’s a firm believer in standing up for his rights, and can be a bit of a douche when the occasion calls for it, that’s possibly resulted in a few arguments. As for his love life, I have no idea where to go with this but if you have any epic idea, I’d love to know. Plot him up.

Well, fancy seeing you here. ;p Hahah, anyways. Couldn't resist posting here. I've got Jac, and since she's around the same age as Alec, and in school for a nursing degree I figure they'd know each other? Probably friends or maybe friends with benefits? (: Lem'me know |

Well, hello stranger. What is it with you and gorgeous pb's? There hasn't been one yet that I don't want! ;p but back to the point, they seem similar, working on the same field, career wise, etc. so i'm going to say friends with benefits sounds like Alec's cup of tea.

alec and izzy
this could be interesting because they both grew up in new york. she is a year older than him, but she would probably know him. back then though she was a bit off an outcast, but she went away to college and is really super smart. which just is funny, because since she left she became a little sex kitten. like you said you can take the girl and boy out of the city but can't take the city out of them. little izzy is a bit mixed up on feelings, so she is kind of sleeping around because she just had her first heartbreak, and won't really admit that she likes this guy so whenever she feels herself getting close to him, she is going to pull back and revert to old izzy. so maybe a bit of friends with benefits?
alec and shayne
shayne is a nurse here in arietta, so they would know each other through the hospital and all that jazz. so maybe they are friends. shayne is the kind of girl that is a bit insecure and all that. especially when it comes to men, but she always needs more friends!
alec and randi
she is currently at school to be a child psychologist, so maybe they had some classes together and are study buddies. she is going to need some help keeping her classes on track because she just got married. so he is like her go to buddy to keep her on track.
alec and evie
oh these two will be fun. she is the triplet that likes to shake things up more than anything. she is a devious little thing, and she loves to drink and sleep around. so i can see them having this amazing relationship of screwing around and getting drunk. she is also known for leaving everywhere. she has been all over the us, so she just got back to arietta.
alec and hadley
she is my eighteen year old mischief maker. she is in the bars drinking, and she dabbles in the drugs around the town. so i can see her making alec think she is older than she really is by being in the bar all the time. she is also someone that doesn't get attached and sleeps around. she is on a downward spiral, and i love my little one. she also has a twin hailey, but it could be fun.
there is also lilah, zoey, and evan. but feel free to edit this any way that you need too. these are kind of bad, so i apologize!

Now this is a pair that's bond to be interesting. Firstly, Alec is a sucker for pretty girls, he's obviously going to want to help to her and if that means distracting her from everyone else, he's up for the task. Friends with benefits is his favorite type of relationship.

I can see these two having a rather amusing relationship. Knocking eachother's door at 3am in the morning looking for a little late night fun. They'll both be as bad as eachother. Not to mention, he'll be having some trouble telling the three of them apart, that is, until they open their mouths. XD
alec and hadley
She'd fool Alec without any problems. Although if he finds out she's into drugs etc. depending if they're on good terms, he wont appreciate it and that could lead to a few arguments and him trying to get her off them. But yeah, it could be entertaining.

it used to be her favorite kind of relationship too. stupid men working their way into her life was not appreciated. so she would appreciate a distraction. <3

exactly. she would be be knocking looking for some fun. and it's really not hard telling them apart, unless evie is trying to destroy vidette and then it gets hard. evie normally has her hair really curly and dresses like a slut. XD
alec and hadley
i can see it causing some conflict, because she does what she wants. she isn't going to want to get off the drugs since that is the reason she was moved to arietta. she may or may not have overdosed back in new york. i see lots of arguing, until she actually gets tamed down a bit, and back to playing piano.
where would you like to start?!
