 okay, so here’s the deal, i absolutely ADORE lea michele and cory monteith. and so, i am requesting a cory for my lea. i only have a kind of half baked idea, but here it goes!
so i see charlie and cory having been really good friends. they were raised together, their parents being close friends and whatnot. so they were always being forced together when their parents would decide to get together and just built themselves a nice little friendship. over the years, it was always joked that they would be that couple. you know, the ones that grew up together, became close friends, fell in love, that sort of thing. their families were almost sure of it.
and of course, they did find their way to each other. cory was charlie’s best friend, and she was rather terrified when she realized that she kind of loved him. they got together her junior year, and on prom night he became her first. they were together for two more years and then something went terribly wrong. to this day, neither charlie or cory knew what it was that really happened, and over the years its become foggier and foggier.
eventually cory decided to leave arietta, seeking college elsewhere, not satisfied where he was. he and charlie haven’t talked in three years, not really, anyway. they’ve talked on the phone a couple of times, and emailed and texted, but they’re not even close to the friends they used to be. they were both hurt by their breakup, and though they tried, they both never really got over it. however, they still have feelings for each other, even if they aren’t totally and completely aware of it.
they become very aware of it, though, when they see each other again. cory’s back in town because his father has just died, and he’s here to attend the funeral. he’s also planning to stay in town for a while, to be there for his mom. and of course charlie’s there, and she’s totally there for him, being the shoulder he leans on through all of this. eventually these two are going to find their way back to the friendship they once had, and with those lingering feelings it won’t be long before they end up together once again.
okay, that's more baked than I thought...oh well. now, as far as name goes, you can name cory whatever you wish, though i would love it if you would just okay it with me first. please. age should be either the same or maybe a little older than charlie. she’s twenty-four, so anything slightly above would be fine. he shouldn’t be more than two or three years older, though. history, personality, etc are pretty much free for you to choose, except where i've dictated some things. i’m thinking that this guy will be her final, because i mean, come on! how adorable are these two? i think that about covers it, except that i will eternally love you FOREVER if you take him!
********** also, if anyone would love to make the rest of the glee cast to plot with my charlie here that would also be great!!
