[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] this here is alana taylor. ahe was born in a town much like arietta and spent a good bit of her life growing up there. when she was seven, though, her parents moved to this small little town on the coast of maine to be closer to their families. for most of her life, alana was a bit of a wild child. she did a lot of things that she probably shouldn’t have but that all changed her senior year of high school. alana wound up getting pregnant by her boyfriend at the time and because he was such a jerk, he denied that the baby was his and left her to deal with it on her own. for a long time she hid it from her parents and everyone else, it being months before anyone discovered what had happened. alana kept the baby, a son, whom she named benjamin michael taylor. from that day on he became her entire world, and she’s spent the last four years looking after him. she’s been working as a waitress to try and make ends meet. two years ago she decided to go to college so she could make a better life for herself and her son, so she enrolled at the college here in arietta. when it comes to her personality, alana’s a sweet girl, but she’s not afraid to tell it like it is and to stick up for herself. she’s a fighter if there ever was one, and though she’s slightly untrusting, it doesn’t take much to be her friend. she’s very good-hearted and loyal, and definitely someone to be depended on. friends. alana would have several friends here that she's made over the years. though she's not the crazy girl she used to be, she wouldn't be above having a little fun every now and then. she's a bit weary of the opposite sex, but any kind of friend is very much appreciated! enemies. alana's bound to have some. she's not afraid to tell it like it is and her mouth can get her in trouble. she can have a bit of an attitude, too, if the situation calls for it. so, yeah, bring 'em on! lovers. alana is kind of weary of the opposite sex after what happened to her, and so its somewhat difficult for guys to get to know her. once they have her trust, though, they've got her for life. she's not one for casual relationships, so really all that will work here are real relationships. past relationships are also welcome! she's completely open, so hit her up! [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] ash was born and raised in los angeles, california. she's a girl whose had a hard life, nothing ever coming easier for her. at the age of five, ashton's parents were killed in a care accident, leaving her with no family. she was placed into an orphanage, and later foster care. she was never able to find a permanent home, though. from a young age, ash learned she had to look out for herself, because no one else would. she's a tough girl, quite capable of looking out of herself as she's done it all her life. she's also always been on the wrong side of the law. ash developed a habit of running away from her foster homes, shoplifting and stealing when she needed something, and there are several breaking and entering charges on her record. she's also been in several fights and been arrested because of them. the LAPD knew her by name by time she was ten years old. ash moved to arietta six months ago. she was kicked out of the system when she was eighteen and since then she's bounced around from state-to-state, job-to-job. she has no idea why she chose to come here, but she's here now and ready to make the most of it. however, since coming to town she's been arrested twice. but really, ashton is a very sweet girl, and she's never done drugs or drank. she does what she has to to survive. friends. ash probably won't have many of these. she tends to keep people at a distance. she's quite ashamed of being a foster kid, and after years of being picked on and teased for what she is she chooses to keep people at a distance rather than letting them get close. there is always a chance that people can worm their way in, or that they already have. anything is possible. enemies. its likely that ashton will have a lot of these. ash isn't afraid to stick up for herself and she's been known to get into fight. she's extremely judgmental, too, so the chances of her pissing someone off are quite great. she's also a liar if there ever was one, so that gets her into a lot of trouble too. lovers. ash hasn't had a lot of romance in her life. she's not a virgin and hasn't been for a long time, however, she's not one to really whore around either. occasionally she might have a one night stand or something of the sort, but nothing for the long term. she's into committed, long term relationships, however, she tends to run from love given her past. she has a hard time opening up to people, so anyone who wants to love her is going to have to really work at it. she does have a final, but until then she's open for anything. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] amy is one hell of a girl. she was born and raised in this town and it's all she's ever known. amy was the youngest daughter of melanie and michael orsino. she has two older brothers, micah and tyler, and an older sister, bethany. when she was eight years old, amy lost them all in a fire that took place in their home. she had been at a sleepover that night, and to this day she still isn't sure what happened or why. all she knows is that she lost her entire family. having no other relatives, amy was going to be thrown into the system, however, she was saved by her parent's friends marion and robert trent. the trents adopted the young girl into their family and raised her as their own. amy kept her own name, though, never wanting to forget her family where she came from. to say that amy's a tough one is a bit of an understatement. she's a fighter, which comes from her being raised with boys most of her life. she's a tomboy for sure, though her adoptive sister has been known to force her into a dress on occasion. she's quite eccentric as well, taking after her brother micah originally, and later being influenced by jared trent. she's closer to him than any of the others. amy's also not as innocent as she looks, having been known to get into things she often shouldn't. she still remembers her family, and she misses them greatly, but the support of the trents managed to get her through it, and without them she's not quite sure where she'd be today. friends. amy is a social butterfly. she'll talk to anyone who'll listen and she'll most likely share her life story with them from the very beginning. she's not the sweetest girl in the world, but she's very loving and not hard to like. she's also very dependable and protective of those she cares about, so she's definitely one to be counted on. she'll be the one to give you the kick in the pants you need to get going again, but she'll also be your shoulder to cry on if things get tough. enemies. everyone has them, and amy is no exception. she's a trent, which means she tends to have a short temper and a big mouth. she also doesn't always think before she speaks, and she can sometimes rub people the wrong way. she's bound to have pissed some people off over the years, or even just recently. lovers. you might remember me saying that amy isn't as innocent as she looks? yeah, well, she's shared a bed with a few guys over the years, though she's really not one to go whoring around or anything. like everyone she enjoys a night of fun just a little too much sometimes, much to her brother's dismay. as for actual relationships, amy's definitely had them. she's not afraid of commitment, she just hasn't found the right guy. she's only eighteen, and so she has plenty of time, so any ideas you might have i'm open to hearing! [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] charlie here is quite a character. she's that girl that you want to punch most mornings because she's so annoyingly perky. charlie is most definitely a morning person, up at the crack of dawn for a morning run, not needing an ounce of coffee to wake her up. she's a very perky and energetic person, and its the kind of energy that is actually quite infectious. this comes in handy as she's a teacher in the arts by day and a dance teacher by night. she's always been very passionate about singing and dancing and all things theatrical, and it seemed like a no brainer for her to become a teacher as she'd been teaching dance classes since she was fifteen years old. charlie also happens to be a very passionate and compassionate person. she's a vegetarian by her own choice, unable to bear the thought of all those poor animals that she would harm by consuming meat. she's very passionate about what she does, something she likes to put into other people. unfortunately, her passion is a bit excessive and she can be a slave driver to those under her hand. no one can deny that she's good, though, and all the hard work she puts in to make things perfect usually pays off. she's also, in case you didn't get it, a bit of a perfectionist. charlie likes everything to be in its place, and though she's not compulsive about it, she will go to great lengths to make things as perfect as she can. so, to put it simply, she's a control freak, but in a good way... maybe. charlie also happens to be very stubborn, working hard to get her way, but she'll relent if she is, in fact wrong. it doesn't happen often, though. she's not afraid to show how she's feeling, and not afraid to cry in front of others. she'll tell you what's on her mind if you ask; she's an open book as far as that's concerned. charlie was born in new york city, new york, however, her parents preferred a small town in which to raise their children and so moved to arietta, maine. she's lived here ever since. friends. charlie is the kind of person that can befriend just about anyone. she's very social and very chatty, and a very hard person not to like once you first meet. she has a smile for everyone and will lend a shoulder to those in need. charlie is very loyal and dependable as well, and she'll always be there when someone needs her. charlie needs a couple really close girlfriends, and even a close guyfriend or two. good friends, acquaintances, etc are good as well. maybe even some friends from her childhood that she's grown up with. enemies. charlie is sure to make some people angry at times. she is a control freak and perfectionist, and sometimes she can be a little too intense. not only that, but there are also people out there who have wronged charlie, and she's really not all that forgiving of a person. she can hold a grudge like no other. so yes, enemies would be good as i'm sure there could be some great drama and plots to go there. lovers. charlie is kind of a dreamer in this department, believing in love to the fullest and the possibilities it holds. she's not, however, delusional. she's had plenty of past, and failed, relationships, some good, some bad. she's dated every kind of guy under the sun, so there's really no limits here. she's also not completely innocent. she lost her virginity on prom night when she was sixteen to her best friend. since then, she's had several casual relationships. these are not frequent things, and she doesn't go around whoring herself out, but she's not above the odd friends with benefit relationship or an occasional one night stand. the point is, charlie's a girl that knows what she wants, and she's not afraid to go after it, whether that's an actual relationship or just one night of fun. anything's possible with charlie, so plot her up! [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] this here is hailey, or hails to those who love her. she's a twin, meaning there is another girl out there walking around that looks just like her. their similarities end there, though. hailey here is, well, the good twin, to put it simply. she’s just about one of the least complicated people you’ll ever meet in the world and she’s just about the sweetest. it’s likely that she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, but don’t let that fool you into thinking she’s weak or can be taken advantage of. hailey would never, ever allow such a thing to happen. she’s taken her fair share of self-defense classes, and she could drop a man twice her size with little effort at all. she could hold her own in a fight if she had to, though hailey would definitely rather work things out with words than with her fists. she will if she has to, though. hailey also happens to be incredibly smart, sometimes too much so for her own good. she doesn’t prominently display her intelligence, though. not always. more than anything, hailey is just goofy. she’s the girl you go out to have innocent and harmless fun with. she has never drank or done any sort of illegal substance, or even legal ones for that matter. she’s a good girl, and she’s proud to be so. hailey is also very athletic. she owns two horses, a bay hanoverian gelding named zeus who is her english buddy, and a white american quarter horse named isis, whom she does all western work with. aside from horseback riding, hailey has also participated in volleyball since she was in middle school and she is very good. she’s a bit of a runner too, but she’s never gotten involved in the school teams with it. hailey was born and raised in new york city, new york, and the only reason she’s here right now is because her sister got involved in some questionable things. her parents want to try and reign her in, and they felt they could do so better in a small town. hailey is not at all happy about being here. friends. hailey is a very outgoing and bubbly personality, and as such, she’s not afraid to go up and introduce herself to random people. she’s easy to like and will make herself your best friend for no reason at all. she’s very loveable, and she will definitely need some very close friends here in this town in the form of all sexes. if you want to be a lifelong friend, however, they’ll have to have been in new york with her as that’s where she’s lived all her life. enemies. even though hailey is a sweet little thing, she will have her share of enemies. sometimes girls like her rub others the wrong way, and so there’s bound to be someone who dislikes her. not only that, but hailey has a mean temper sometimes, and she holds grudges like no one else, her forgiveness hard to come by. so, yeah, bring ‘em on! lovers. hailey is, well, innocent. she’s not completely naïve about boys and relationships as she’s had her fair share of relationships and heartache. however, hailey has never been one to go and sleep with random people just to do so. she believes in something like that being special and meaning something and she hasn’t found that person in her life yet. as it stands, she actually doesn’t plan on giving it up until marriage. she even has a purity ring, which looks like THIS. she has a final, but other guys are always welcome until they get things together, no casual relationships, though, as she doesn’t do them. so if you have any ideas at all, I’d love to hear them! [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] jem here is a pretty decent guy. he's sweet as can be, though he's not above acting like a guy sometimes. he's goofy and a little corny, but it's what makes him so appealing. jem is the oldest of three children, though his little brother died in a car accident a year ago. his family means the world to him, and as it's just his mother and his sister he's extremely protective. he's always looking out for those he cares about, never wanting anything to hurt them. he's an emt, so i suppose that kind of makes sense. jem's had a pretty easy way of things, his little brother's death and his sister's downward spiral being the only things major that have happened to him in his life. jem's definitely the kind of guy to call when things go wrong, though, as he always knows what to do. he's dependable like that, which makes him awesome. friends. jem would have tons of friends. he's never been one to lock himself in his house away from the world. he's been known to go to parties and such, and so he would know lots of people. he's well liked, too, and he can get along with just about anybody. enemies. as well-liked as jem is, he's bound to have enemies. jem's had his fair share of fights, though always with cause. he'll stick up for a friend in an instant, and bail them out with no thought at all, so because of this he's bound to have crossed paths with people who aren't his biggest fan. lovers. well jem has a final, but that doesn't mean he isn't open to other things before she takes him off the market. jem has slept around before, though he doesn't make a habit of it. if that's what the girl wants he could be very into that. he is a decent guy, though, and he would have some exes, good and bad. other than that i don't know. whatever you can think of i guess. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] here you see the one and only jason taylor. jace to pretty much everyone who knows him. he was the oldest of two children, moving to arietta with his family when he was ten years old. jace here is, well, a bit tough to handle. he's arrogant as can be with an ego that can barely be contained inside a room. he has a way of carrying himself that makes others want him. sarcastic is his main emotion, and its his prime way of dealing with everything. he has a light and easy manner most of the time, however, jace is not one to be messed with. he can be quite dangerous, and heaven help the poor bastard that gets into a fight with him. it might just be the last thing they ever do. jace has a terrible temper, and he's never one to ask questions and will immediately start hitting. he's also extremely loyal and protective, and he won't hesitate to step in and defend a friend. despite his give 'em hell attitude, jace can be quite gentle and caring, but its something that just about no one ever gets to see. friends. as said above, jace is as loyal as they come. he would have many friends, being the rather social person. he should have a close circle of friends and maybe a close female friend or two. enemies. these are a definite must. given his hot temper and quickness to fight, he could get many enemies. not only that, but his arrogance and the way he acts better than everyone else is sure to turn a lot of people off. lovers. it should not be surprising that jace isn't really a relationship person. he's a bad boy, a trouble maker, and rough around the edges, which draws the females to him like moths to a flame. its going to take a pretty remarkable girl to even get him involved in a relationship. there is potential, but its going to be hard to achieve. so flings, friends with benefits, one night stands, anything past, present, and future. hit me up! [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][tr][bg=white][tr] [scrolly:h(250),w(400),sy] peyton was born in a town not all that far from arietta, and she's spent the last sixteen years of her life there. it wasn't until a year ago that she moved here. peyton’s about as sweet as they come with a heart of gold that’s been broken one too many times. she’s a fighter if there ever was one, though she’s just recently discovered that part of herself. in a nutshell, some words that would describe her well are withdrawn, quiet, untrusting, strong, insecure, independent, intelligent, honest, emotional, and kind. of course, there’s a lot more to her, but i think you get the idea. she's an artist, drawing is her outlet for things. she also happens to be allergic to just about every substance known to man. she's originally from a small town, and has been through some pretty horrible things in her life. she watched her twin sister die in front of her, and suffered years of physical and emotional abuse from her alcoholic father. so i guess you can understand why she’s so untrusting. her sister only died about a year ago, so its still a sore subject for her. that's when she was moved to the city. she tends to keep to herself, and she’s currently in the foster care system, so she’s pretty much alone in this world. she has recently just discovered an older half-brother, whom she's now trying to get to know, though. friends. peyton's made a few friends since moving here, but not many. most of the people she knows she's met through her brother, but some she's managed to meet on her own. as i've said she's pretty untrusting, but given time she'll open up to people. you just gotta give her a chance! enemies. it would be a rare occurrence for little miss peyton to have an enemy, but i suppose it's always possible. everyone has them, right? so if you can come up with something we can make it work! lovers. peyton has had no love in her life at all. she is most certainly not the type to sleep around, so that is not happening, and at the moment she does have a final, so idk if i see much of a forecast for her plotting wise. if you want, though, i'm sure we could come up with something, yes?
